We partner with a third-party supplier to produce and fulfill orders, allowing us to maintain flexibility and consistently offer all items in our collection. Due to the custom nature of each order, all items are final sale.
Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days on average, starting from the date you place your order.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to keep you updated on your delivery status.
Custom Production
As each product is made-to-order, our third-party supplier carefully crafts each piece individually. This custom production approach means your order may take slightly longer than standard shipping but ensures every item meets our quality standards and your expectations.
Final Sale Policy
Because all items are custom-produced for each order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once your order is placed.
Delivery Delays
